猎头服务费收费标准如下：（仅对用人单位收取服务费用）

年薪计费：服务费为年薪的30%。

（月薪含正式录用后的基本工资及每月固定奖金和补贴；年薪以月薪×14计算；若有股权或期权方案，双方再另行协商折算成薪金的比例。）

订金

　　按服务费的30%收取，公司应在协议签订后,将订金于两日内支付。订金将在猎头成功的情况下在总服务费中扣除，在猎头不成功的情况下，将退回订金的50%，其余作为前期寻访成本共担。

Service Fees:The standard of the headhunting service fee is as follows (Only for the company)

Annual salary charge

　　The service fee is 30% of the annual salary
(The annual salary includes base pay, double pay and bonus)

Subscription

　　Subscription is charged as 30% of the service fee. The Client will pay the subscription in 2 days after signing the agreement. The subscription will be included in the whole service fee if the headhunting service is successful or will be returned by 50% if fails, the rest of the retaining fee will be taken as the cost and risk shared by each other in the prophase of the service.
